1. Data controller

The controller responsible for the processing of your personal data is Rebus Labs AG, Bernstrasse 1, 3066 Stettlen, Switzerland. For any privacy-related question you can reach us at info@rebuslabs.com.

2. Personal data we collect

Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect the name, email address, organisation (optional) and the content of your message so that we can respond to your enquiry.

Server log data. When you visit the website, our servers automatically record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of access. This data is necessary to deliver the site securely and to detect and prevent misuse.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process contact-form data to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange a demonstration or discuss a partnership. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to you and, where you initiate contact, the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

We process server log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website. We do not use this data to identify you personally beyond what is required for security.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies and does not build visitor profiles. Only strictly necessary technical mechanisms required to serve the pages are used.

5. Service providers

We host this website with a European infrastructure provider. Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered to us using Resend, an email-delivery service. These providers process data solely on our instructions and under appropriate data-processing agreements.

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. International data transfers

Your data is processed within Switzerland and the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a processor transfers data to a country outside these areas, we ensure an adequate level of protection through recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. Data retention

We keep contact-form correspondence only for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and thereafter as required to comply with legal obligations. Server logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Subject to the applicable law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request deletion, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@rebuslabs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

9. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, including encrypted transport (TLS) for all traffic to this website.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements; the current version is always published on this page. For any question about this notice or your personal data, please contact Rebus Labs AG at info@rebuslabs.com.
